Camera Strap Cover

I've seen these all over the internet and they get sold for $15 to $25 but I decided to make my own for way cheaper since it's really just a sleeve. I also decided to customize mine by putting my name on it which makes it way cooler than anything else out there.  I have also posted some pictures of the process.

Uncovered camera strap and my fabric choice

Cut into 4.5 inch strips 

After sewing the two strips together I decided to put my name on the back of it

My grandmother's sewing machine is awesome!

I decided to french seam the edge so that it would be a bit stronger. It takes more time since you have to turn it twice but I think it's worth it

Ta-da! Ready to put on and iron it.

YAY!

I need to take a picture of it on my camera, but that requires me getting out my other camera. Maybe tomorrow. :) 

Hat/Cousin Photo Shoot

In searching for a model for some adorable hats I've been knitting I did an informal shoot with my 2nd cousin Alexis.  She is absolutely adorable and defiantly not camera shy.  This shoot was super cute and tons of fun; I can not wait to take a lot more pictures of her!
